Site of Gaomai ProductionStart and foundation stone laying ceremony
On the morning of July 27, 2018, the battery module production line of Gaomai New Energy power was put into operation, and there was a foundation laying ceremony of Tafel New Energy battery cell project, which was held in West Dongting Administrative Zone. Tang Zuoguo, vice mayor of Changde Municipal People’s Government, said: The project must be characterized by “green power” depending on industrial funds. It is required to strengthen external cooperation, energetically promote the construction of a green power town, actively involve in capital investment promotion for industrial chains, enhance the focusing development of new energy industry so as to build the town into “a highlighted project” in Changde.
In October 2017, Suzhou Gaomai New Energy Co., Ltd founded “Changde Gaomai” with official registration. It bases in the green power characteristic town of West Dongting Administrative Zone. In less than 10 months, “Changde Gaomai” completed the intelligent manufacturing plant in West Dongting Administrative Zone at the annual productivity of 1.5Gw, and with complete industrial Level 4.0 PACK assembly. The total plan for the motor production will 50000. At the end of this year, the first production line will be put into operation.

The admitted Gaomai New Energyand Tafel New Energy are major capital investment promotion projects in Changdeas well as a successful practice for Changde Caixin Holding Group to positivelyexplore the “industrial fund + characteristic park” mode, and to furtherpromote the strategy for a stronger city by openness basing on industries.
TangZuoguo emphasized that the new energy vehicle industry has been listed as the national key development industry as astrategic emerging industry, and has been stepped to the high-speeddevelopment phase as energetically supported by the national policies. GreenPower Town will become the greatest economic growth point for some time in thefuture in Changde, and it will be the greatest highlight for the rural andurban construction. The purely electricheavy duty trucks of Changde Gaomai is the first plant of Gaomai No. 1Manufacturing Base. It applies robots, AGV, automatic warehousing and othersmart tools to carry out deep combination of automation, informatization andintelligence in the manufacturing process; in scheduling and staffing, materialdistribution, production control, data feedback and other aspects, there willbe combination of software and hardware, and integration of the MES system; and there will be big data analysis (i.e. real-time tracing treatment, accurate prediction and accurate analysis),and also there will be accurate management and intelligent control over themanufacturing process.
